Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plant was established in 1998 on the basis of lubricant production facilities at Novokuibyshevsk Refinery. The plant produces 63 types of industrial, marine, quenching, and specialty motor oils, including 28 types of motor oils meeting Russian standards and 19 different multigrade motor oils meeting the international API standards.

In 2008, Novokuibyshevsk Oils and Additives Plant produced 321 thousand tonnes of oils, greases, and additives.
In 2008 the Novokuibyshevsk oils and additives plant took first place in the ‘Small and Medium-sized Enterprise’ category of the annual ‘EcoLeader’ competition, thanks in large part to the plant’s ecology management system, which is compliant with ISO 14001:2004.
