The 2012 Rosneft Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the international Sustainability Reporting Guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It scores the highest GRI guidelines application level of A+.
Rosneft top managers increased their interests in the Company’s charter capital.
On August 28, 2013, Igor Sechin, Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board, increased his shareholding in the Company from 0.0075% to 0.0849%. Part of the shares acquired was covered by a bank loan.

On August 13, 2013 Rosneft and State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) executed the Cooperation Agreement.
